  This place is NEVER open. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve driven here when it said it was open only to get here when it was closed.

  Employees could not care less to work Tried to order from there - closed 30 minutes ahead was told they could not fulfill online orders Next visit stopped in 20 minutes till closing- they served the family in front of me then proceeded to tell me that they were closed. Hopefully they get better employees & better hours- they closed @ 5pm when I visited. Personally a big fan of JJ’s Really cannot speak to the food at this location because they apparently don’t want to make food. Go downtown to the poplar location if you want great service.

  This store is an absolute joke. I came in to order the Vito! I wanted the vinegar and oil together in a small container and not on the sandwich because it makes it so soggy. This has never ever been a problem, even at this facility before now all of a sudden it’s a problem! We can’t do that so I didn’t get the sandwich. What a joke and you have the cup to put it in! you just didn’t want too! your customer Service absolutely sucks. I have never encountered this problem before. Not even at this location.They were going to put the lettuce on the side, but not something else. We use those cups for ranch and other things! This is absolutely unbelievable. He said, Either it goes on the sandwich or not!! I guess it’s against the rules to customize a sandwich. He also informed me that they weren’t gonna put the lettuce on the side either! Normally all they do is just put it in the Jimmy John’s wrap and that’s it, but that’s a problem too. This place will never ever get my business again. Do better hire people that want to do their jobs! Pure laziness at best. It was a black guy with locks and a tall white guy! All this because you couldn’t put something on the side. I was paying for it with my money! What absolutely ridiculousness! So I guess this is how Jimmy John’s does business. Even subway will put it on the side! I hope the owner of the establishment reads this review! The sandwich is so big you can’t eat it all in one sitting who wants a soggy sandwich with old lettuce! Did I forget to mention if the gourmet wheat bread which gets extremely soggy with condiments? If the owner reads this please feel free to respond because this is an absolute first and i always frequent jimmy johns!

  I placed an online order at 4:41 and received a call from the store telling me they were cancelling my order and sending back my payment for my online order because he stated they close at 4:30pm instead of 5pm as listed here on google. I can never catch this place open. Management should truly look into this issue!
