I great time thanks to our awesome server, Taraezja. She was incredibly polite, proactive about refills and needs, and brought such positive energy to the table, I wish I could bottle that enthusiasm! Food was on point: wings flavorful and cooked just right, and everything arrived hot. The spot was busy but well-managed.
My Girlfriend and I ordered Espresso caramel martini, tea, boneless wings and classic spicy chicken sandwich w/ wedged fries.

Our server, Deanna, was amazing last night!! She had such an amazing attitude and always made sure we were good with drinks and had some small conversations with us in between. Even though she was busy she always made time for her tables! The food was great and the service was amazing. Keep up the amazing work!

My husband and I ordered 30 wings, 20 Hot and 10 Buffalo. When our food was brought out, all 30 wings were piled together on one plate. At the time, we did not think much of it and assumed the server would help clarify if needed. Instead, the response was dismissive, and we were told “whatever.”
Because the two sauces are very similar in color, separating them ourselves was nearly impossible. Despite our best effort, a Hot wing ended up mixed in with the Buffalo wings. After eating one Buffalo wing with no issue, I unknowingly ate a Hot wing next and immediately experienced extreme discomfort. At that point, my meal was effectively ruined, and I stopped eating altogether.
When my husband brought this to the server’s attention, I was told that it was my fault. Without being asked, the server then involved the manager, who reiterated that it was also my fault and suggested that we ordered incorrectly. This response was both frustrating and disappointing.
This situation could have been resolved easily had the wings been properly separated or clearly labeled, which I believe is a reasonable and common expectation when ordering multiple flavors. The issue was not the mistake itself, but the lack of accountability and the decision to place blame on the customer rather than acknowledge a service oversight.
Had the staff shown even minimal concern or ownership, this would not have escalated into such a negative experience. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, blamed, and unheard.

I was convinced to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, although I am a Wing Stop kinda girl. We place the order and wait for 45 minutes. They has some kind of back up in the kitchen. We finally get the order and go home. Open the bags at home to find that half of the wings and and order of fries are missing. I called the store 13 times and no one answered. I wanted to know what my options were and if we had to drive back to the store right then. Since I didn't get anyone on the phone, we packed up the food and headed back to the store. We told 3 people what was wrong and I asked for the manager. He took the bag with the receipt attached to the bag. My order was missing some things, now the drinks are watered down, and asking for the first part of the order to be remade seemed like it was going to be a problem. So they reluctantly agreed to remake the order and add the missing items. They didn't really want to because they were closing, but someone else had called and said they had extra items in their bags, and no one answered the pool hone when I called. While we waited for the order to come out the second time, I was playfully clowning my man because I never go to BW's because there is always an issue. I order my little wings from Wing Stop and get on down. While I was clowning, the manager came over and gave is a $25 gift card. My man took it. Guess it made him feel a little better about his brand loyalty to the BW, lol. The manager walked out the second order and said he checked it himself. We get home and Guess what? Order is still wrong! I ordered dry lemon pepper wing and mild all flats fried hard. Well, the box had 5 lemon pepper and 5 hot wings, none fried hard, and 9 of the 10 wings were drums. Smh...... they had the ticket. Although the servers were super polite and offered us fresh drinks, it's too much trouble to go through for a few wings and fries.
So, my man returns a few days later to use the gift card. His order was $25.05. He couldn't use the gift card because the order exceeded the gift card amount by $.05. He was told to just use his credit card and use the gift card some other time. He was frustrated enough to leave without ordering. It wasn't about the money. He could have bought and paid for whatever. It was the principal and inconvenience. Smh...... no more BWs.
