The cashier was very difficult to understand and would not speak up, he was also in just a random hoodie and pants, with no employee identifying clothes. I came in to get biscuits, the cashier had to repeat himself in an incredibly quiet voice 3 times or more asking if we wanted to dine in or out, and then the same thing again when he said we dont serve biscuits. We asked if the mac and cheese had bacon topping and he just lightly ignored us and mumbled until we said something else. Just ended up leaving without food.

Elijah took care of it right away, even adding an extra biscuit for the trouble. First-class service and customer care all the way. I’ll continue to revisit.

The manager could not have been nicer and more in tune with our order. We chose Bojangles to carry our grown children & grandchildren to eat lunch before going to a band competition just up the road. So ours was a larger than average order and they nailed it! They got our order out in less than 10 minute wait and during that ten minutes she came and assured us that it wouldn’t be much longer, bringing our cups and allowing us to fix the drinks ahead of our order. And… the chicken was excellent!!! My only regret is that I didn’t ask her name so I could mention it here. Thank you for a great lunch… in every way!

I’m not sure if this is some kind of special location that doesn’t serve regular fried chicken after 10:30am or maybe it just wasn’t ready yet. But kinda bummed that I arrived at 11am and only had breakfast and tenders to choose from. Other than that the service was GREAT!
