I called ahead to make sure they got the order. My sweet daughter in law picked it up for me. She sent me a pic of the cake. I was so shocked, I had no words. All I can do is post pictures. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS CAKE! The chocolate chip ice cream was more chocolate flakes. The cones they used did not even have ice cream in them. Just empty cones. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Note to owner/manager: You should not let something like this be sold. Big failure on your part. Anyone who ordered this should get a FULL REFUND. Not worth $40!

The doors and everything glass is dirty in there. That's ridiculous considering there aren't many that come in there. We got 2 small smoothies and one med for 24.00. I trusted it due to them seeing trustful, but when she asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. Prices weren't even listed.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
