  I love the coffee, however, I would enjoy it if they would STOP putting / bringing the coffee out with they're hands across the top of the lids!!! They're touching EVERYTHING else and then putting they're hands on a lid that I'm suppose to drink off of. That's very unsanitary for me. The coffee itself is great!!!!

  My family and I are weekly customers at the Flowood location. Yesterday, I went to get my regular order. My order was taken quickly, little wait time and my Blondie was the best per usual. The problem. While I was waiting in line, I was behind a customer who had dogs in their vehicle. The employee had been talking with the customer as they usually do but he reached in the vehicle to play with the dog. The employee had a towel and he wiped his hands on the towel. WIPED not WASHED! The employee inside the building handing him the drinks and he wiped their cups off with the same towel he had just wiped his dog hands with. I asked the young man who originally took my order would he go inside and get my drink because I didn't want that particular employer handling my drink. There was no confrontation. But as someone who works in the medical lab, I must say that this is unsanitary and unacceptable. Sadly, my family and I won't be visiting this location any further. I know businesses do all kinds of things behind close doors but its the fact that I saw it with my own eyes made my stomach turn. Clearly the employee thinks its ok to play with animals and then handle food but I don't.

  Look. Every. Single. 7 Brew has had AMAZING service!! Drinks of so, soooo good. Look, do yourself a favor and go give it a try! You will be HOOKED!!

  I was a fan of this establishment because of the wonderful and different flavors of coffee and drinks and the polite, courtesy of employees with an urgency in service. The drinks are pricey, but worth it, but the service here lately has become near none existent. The thing that has change in my experience is the service. How can there be 6 people in the establishment with only 1 taken an order and 1 trying to make the orders and the other 4 danceing and socializing. Twice now this week I have visit and was ignored in my order being taken in a timely manner. Maybe it just the evening crew since it is the only time I visit after work before going home. But if this business want to survive, it may need to change tactics.

  Deserves less than a 1 star honestly. Waited in line for 15 minutes watching the young worker talk to a lady in the front of line about a new job while the lady already had her coffee. At least 7 cars behind me and she just sat there talking. No urgency. Very disrespectful and rude when customers are getting coffees on their lunch break and have places to be. Coffee wasn’t even what i ordered because i’m sure the girl mixed up all of the orders standing there 15 minutes chatting it up.
