  I placed a carry out order and I received the dryest and grotesque parts of wings they could give a person and it was my first time I couldn’t believe it I threw those wings in the garbage in the trash at Walmart in my way home back to Kosciusko I should have known my food was gonna be bad when I stepped to the register and saw the people back there a damn shame how people treat others and they take your money with no problem and trade you trash as food to eat a damn shame

  Staff not very friendly. Especially at the entrance. Maybe because they hire very young employees and further training needs to be given to them. Will definitely check out another Buffalo Wild wings in another city and leave my feedback.

  The kitchen consistently does not know how to prepare wings, despite this being the main item on the menu. Sprinkling or dumping the rub or sauce on top of the wings is not how this is done.

  I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up my order, and they forgot the bacon. No big deal, mistakes happen. So I walked back in to let them know. The manager comes up front with an attitude and asks the employee, “Did she have bacon?” …Sir. Did you try reading the receipt or the screen? It’s right there. In words The wildest part is that before this moment I was literally thinking, “I should start coming to this location more often.” Anyway… never mind. 😂

  The older white woman with grey hair at the hostess station was very rude not only to me and my family but to her employees as well, ruined the whole experience, wouldn’t go back with the service from her that i recieved
