  This has to be the worst Sonic I’ve seen. The last four times I’ve stopped just to get something, either the drive thru will not answer you or they do not answer when the button has been pressed. I’ve sat there and pressed the button several times only for it to be timed out and not answered. I understand being short staffed, but they could ask to hold for a moment. I guess that is what happens when a bunch of kids run a business.

  I ordered two drinks. It took over 20 minutes to get the drinks. I also had to wait a few minutes for someone to take my order. When my order finally came to my window it was wrong.

  I had placed an online order for my food to pickup. However, when I first tried to use apple pay, it said there was a connection error, so i tried again and it worked. Not a big deal. However, after ordering, I waited about 30 minutes before finally receiving my food. I placed the order at 3:56 pm for a plain double cheese burger, 2 drinks, and 2 mozzarella sticks, and I didn’t get my food till around 4:25 pm. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at this time, and I find it ridiculous that it took so long to receive my food.

  Bought two hamburgers (not the meal) for $14. Then had to wait over 30 minutes with not even half of the parking lot full.
