- JGJayden Gill1 day ago1.0Arrived 30 minutes before closing and was refused. Came next day to get Sub of the day($10.69 w/ sides). At register, screen read $15, at which point i was assured by cashier the price will be $10.6. She talked me into giving them a $20 bill, gave me a $5 back. I refused to collect and asked for a refund and was denied. "Got to wait till you see the manager" says the employee. Went back following day and got told to come back at 5 P.M. Never have I ever had such pathetic experience at any subway store, the employees are toxic and disrespectful; towards the owners and managers too. I asked for the managers' number, one of the employee says, "I dont even care what his number is." Horrible customer service. Would give a negative star if I could, for stealing my $20. Never going back again.
