People who have ordered after us got their food, but we were still waiting. It was 2 things. Everyone in there was new and only one manager. Oh and the manager didn’t want to give us a refund!!! - but finally did. Corporate needs to be called or make a visit.

The food quality is consistently poor now — burritos feel mostly empty, crunchwraps are mostly tortilla, and the taste is just “off.” They’re also often out of basics like tea and Mexican Pizzas. And honestly, this is the South — how do you never have tea? It gives the impression they just don’t want to take the time to make it. Service has dropped too. The staff often seems uninterested, and on my last visit they removed an item from my order without telling me. I only found out after driving back to the store that it was out of stock. They also never include sauce packets, even when requested. It’s disappointing because this used to be a great Taco Bell when it first opened, but lately it’s become one of the most unreliable.
