    Kids all taking breaks same time outside. Tables benches and floors filthy. I didn’t even want to sit down.

    When I arrived I saw a line wrapped around the building, but for some reason 3 employees hanging out outside. Since I saw the long line I decided to go inside, where there was no one behind the register. After at least 2 minutes, one of the workers that was hanging out outside decided to come in and take my order. After waiting I decided not to give them my money and leave. I sat in my car in front of the store and decided to called the store to let the manager know my experience. The manager, Patrick, who I saw walk from the outside hangout spot, rudely told me they are busy and if I want to come help them they will take the help and then he hung up on me. There was no reason for any of this, you have staff hanging out outside instead of working at one of the busiest times of the week, Saturday at 8pm.

    I was really disappointed with my experience. When I asked for the cheese to be removed due to an allergy, the price of my meal was doubled. Charging extra—especially that much—for removing an ingredient because of an allergy is unacceptable. Food allergies are a health issue, not a preference, and this policy feels unfair and discriminatory. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with dietary restrictions, even sensitivities where cross contamination isn’t an issue. .
