  this is the worst taco bell i have been too, i ordered a pack of churros. when i was about to leave the line i noticed they weren’t in my bag, so i went back and told them i was missing it very politely. the employee at the window tried telling me they were in the bag. i double checked to make sure i didn’t miss them. they were not in the bag and when i said it again with the bag in my hand the employee was extremely rude and then had another employee who handed it out to me and slammed the window after. they are so rude and they never get my order right

  The employee that couldn’t make eye contact with us got mad at us when we were ordering our food with the ai bot. She needs to keep her opinion to herself and just provide good service respectfully.

  The staff is always friendly but the food isnt always that great. It is taco bell, but my food seemed cold when I got it.
