It's not at all like the description from their online and I'm highly disappointed with this location. I would really appreciate it if someone from ownership and or corporate office would get a hold of me because that is extremely rude behavior, especially coming from a manager. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I would never just hang up on someone when they're asking if they're refunding my entire order instead of just the wings.
