    This use to be the best Sonic, but within the last six months, it has just gone downhill! You guys need to get this store back in order! And for the love of God...PLEASE GET THIS STORE ANOTHER ICE CREAM MACHINE!!!! Every other day I hear "sorry ma'am but our ice cream machine is down". Just sad...

    I ordered a triple smasher from their app and they gave me a double smasher. They told me that I could not return it because it was an online order. They stole my money and told me to go away. Worst Sonic ever, go to any other food place in town

    This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited..I took my aunt and uncle for an ice cream..The girl was shouting rudely through the intercom soo loud I had to ask her to speak where we could understand her..Rude and unprofessional..Thank goodness we found Starks in Hazlehurst..Very friendly employees and delicious ice cream..
