We love that each order has a spot for special instructions, for us to list our name to be wrote on the sandwich of choice. Brittany is awesome she is always so friendly and the order is always as ordered!! The sandwiches are always so good, great selection, easy online ordering, and always ready when we pick up. Great place!! :)

I finally asked if someone was there and they said to give them a minute. 3 cars were behind me and one finally left. Mind you, there were only two cars ahead of me. Finally, she asked what I wanted and I told her. I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread. She told me they only had white and grain. I told her what I wanted on the sandwich which included jalapeños and olives. She said they were out of olives. I told her okay, then just jalapeños, mayo, chipotle, and pepperjack cheese. I get home and there are no jalapeños. Nothing but children work at this location and they do not care about anything but getting you out of their way. Even if they were busy, she could have acknowledged me at the speaker, before I forced her to. And they bake the bread in store. Why are you out? No olives? Why? Apparently no jalapeños either. Why??? Bring back Jimmy John's because at least they didn't act like it was hard to make a sandwich.
