They don’t answer the phone you have to drive to them just to find out they are supposedly out of the item you are wanting. And it’s every time you ask them if they have it they never do. They have literally told me that for a whole month.

My burger was so hard around the edges I literally had to pull it all off before I could eat just a little centerpiece of meat. My fries were cold and hard. We are not from that part of town and we were already back on the highway so we did not go back. I will stick with Rally's in my own hometown lol but never again will I try Checkers
