Food was not good at all and nobody would even take our order we left and the workers were very rude they just stood there staring at us and continued to do whatever they were doing so I went thru drive thru thinking there just having a bad day maybe someone was sick or out nope same way rude and took forever and the food was awful and cold .

I ordered a meal and asked to upsize the drink. The order never showed on screen, the guy at the pay window didn't repeat my order, just mumbled a total and held out his hand for payment. I got the receipt and drove to the next window only to realize I had been charged for a large meal. When I asked about it, I was told that if I wanted a large drink, I was required to upsize the whole meal. When I questioned if that was a recent change as I up size my drink all the time, the manager immediately began raising her voice and telling me to pay better attention. And when I tried to leave she kept berating me. I finally left. I asked for clarification, not a lecture on being stupid.
As someone who has worked for McDonald's I am very disappointed in that manager.

I ordered 4 identical happy meals, and a big Mac meal. The kids meals were all 4 piece chicken nuggets. Two of the happy meals had no chicken nuggets.
The floor on multiple occassions has had some form of slippery substance on them. My kids played in the play area observing the no shoes rule. Their socks were covered in a black slime when they were done.
I spoke to two people, who acknowledged the mistake, and who tyen proceeded to do nothing about it, and continue to fill the orders of others. I waited there for about 10 minutes before leaving.
Two other people had issues with their orders as well. They were waiting with me. Their order kiosks did not print receipts either.
