We stopped by to get a quick bite... that is funny. We sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. There were 3 cars ahead, none seemed to have large orders handed out. Then a week later, a friend stopped there to use the restroom, so she got the kids 2 frostys. That took 10 minutes due to the worker just standing there and finally, when it started beeping that the order was taking too long, decided to make the 2 basic frostys. If you're starving, this isn't the place to stop.

I feel like I should thank you guys for finally convincing me not to darken the door of any Wendy's again. (in regards to the team that was working about 7 pm on Jan 1, 2026. After stacking cars in front of the store to wait for their food, and a prolonged wait, I walked it in inquire what the ETA on my order was. I was told 3 minutes. I figured I'd hang out inside to wait for my food. I was given 2 back, one with 5 fries, one with 3 sandwiches and a wrap. I checked and before I was able to let them know I was missing something, I was told I was not. Yup. I just got told I wasnt missing anything. I then educates the you woman that I was and when I was able to show her the missing food, and asked her to review the order. She spent the rest of the time muttering to me under her breath and never offered so much as a "my bad." No idea what your policy is on handling drive thru orders, or even if you keep metrics on it but Ill leave it at this. They get the cars through the drive through quick, then make them wait for no real apparent reason. To my man at the window, that drink machine you gotta work is a bottle neck as it can only do one drink at a time. To the female in the res shirt, the other female could learn a thing or two from you. No idea if you are the shift lead or what but it's a shame you had to calm your coworker down the way you did.

Every time I go there they seem to forget what I ordered and constantly missing stuff. Tonight they forgot a burger and fries and this is like the 3rd time it’s happened

Building is clean and the food is quick to come out. Would ask for fresh if you know you know. No other complaints except only the one sauce for a large fry, chicken nuggets, and a chicken sandwich is wild. .35 cents per extra sauce.
