Subs weren't toasted didn't get extra on the vegetables like I wanted this has happened twice at 2 different subways only good experience was at a different one in Columbus

Young girl was working probably in high school. The manager or owner not sure. He was about 60 years old, glasses, mustache, and balding was critiquing her every move and yelling at her. Proceeded to yell at her “too much sauce” after I asked for extra and took the sandwich from her. He made the entire thing unpleasant and I will not be back to this location. Hopefully she finds a new job.

This subway location is probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The lady making the sandwich acted like she had no idea she was even at subway. She didn’t even know what a chicken bacon ranch was. I had to tell her what goes on it and when I even asked for extra lettuce she rolled her eyes. When she went to wrap my sandwich she took her gloves off and touched my sandwich with her bare hands and smooshed it up in the paper. I’m disgusted and just threw my sandwich away. 0/5 stars.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Subway location. The bread was hard, dry, and crumbly clearly not fresh. While I was there, the workers were discussing a customer who had just called to complain that his wife’s bread was old, and I ended up receiving the same old bread myself. This shows a lack of quality control and concern for customer satisfaction. Unless this location improves its standards and ensures fresh food for every order, I won’t be returning.

Order two footlong online. I ask for extra olives and mayo. Received six olives sandwich was not toasted. Was greeted when I walk in and manager act ad if she didn't want to wait on me. By the way got charged $.65 for some more olives. This white lady getting her order fixed asked for extra olives got about 20 or more at no extra charged. Horrible services.
