I ordered 4 identical happy meals, and a big Mac meal. The kids meals were all 4 piece chicken nuggets. Two of the happy meals had no chicken nuggets.
The floor on multiple occassions has had some form of slippery substance on them. My kids played in the play area observing the no shoes rule. Their socks were covered in a black slime when they were done.
I spoke to two people, who acknowledged the mistake, and who tyen proceeded to do nothing about it, and continue to fill the orders of others. I waited there for about 10 minutes before leaving.
Two other people had issues with their orders as well. They were waiting with me. Their order kiosks did not print receipts either.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came through the drive- thru and ordered a small Dr. Pepper and a Double filet o fish with NO CHEESE, extra tartar sauce and tomato. Upon first receipt of my sandwich, there were two fish patties but there was STILL CHEESE. So I sent it back, only to get ONE fish patties when I ordered and paid for TWO! So for a second time, the sandwhich was returned and this time asked for a refund because my lunch break was over. While waiting for my refund, you can hear the employees in the kitchen becoming frustrated and upset about a sandwich that THEY MESSED UP!! TWICE!! Then the employee at the front counter wants to get an attitude when nothing was said to her in the first place!! Do not support this establishment, again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE ATTITUDES.

I see why they have a 3.2. You can clearly see they don’t care about their job or the food they serve. I asked for hot, fresh fries and cookies. The fries were crumbs and not hot or fresh. Sent the fries back only to get basically the same thing. Never again. The one employee was leaning in the receiving tray on her phone…
