  I order two Pizza and a boneless bacon Chicken with no tomato 1 pizza was pepperoni and Italian sausage thin crust that pizza had no cheese on it and it was burnt to the crisp my kids pizza pepperoni and bacon that pizza also was well done which I did not ask for so I called to complain about my pizza she only offered to remake my chicken and my thin crust pizza not my kids pizza Haley is the manager that was on duty I have a broken leg and had to get someone to pick my pizza up for me Haley remade my pizza and I decided to get it hand tossed because I did not want her to remake it crispy again (thin crust)because it was so burnt I have ordered thin crust pizza before from dominos on several occasions and I've never had it come to me completely burnt with no cheese the common sense of everyone that works there could see that the pizza was burnt and the pepperoni was burnt but no one thought (because they don't have common sense) that they should remake a burnt pizza she remade the new pizza in crust that I really didn't want but I took it anyway then the chicken that she remade they put buffalo sauce on it and I did not request buffalo sauce and I am allergic to spicy foods so now I can't even eat the chicken that she remade then when I fussed at her for putting buffalo sauce on my chicken she told me Haley said ma'am there's no need to yell and I explained to her there is a need to yell when this is the second time that y'all have messed up my order and she offered to remake it again the lack of customer service is not there at this Domino's then she asked me if I wanted a credit I told her sure put it on a credit then she decided that she was going to be done with the conversation and tried to end the conversation when I said to her wait a minute you have to explain to me how the credit works this is the by far the worst Domino's I have ever ordered from and Haley manager said that she did everything perfectly right and it was still wrong do not order from this Domino's especially when Haley is there

  The manager Jamal has great customer service..I had an issue an it was handled immediately. I applaud him for great service. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.

  We ordered pizza on a busy football night and this place was buzzing, run like a well oiled machine. Pulled up at the drive through, pizza was ready and hot and they got everything right. Pizza was awesome. We've tried other pizza places in Columbus, but this was the best ... and you get a lot of food for the money. Highly recommended!

  First time customer and it was a terrible experience! I called to ask about what deals they were having and a rude lady on the phone answered. Instead of answering my simple question, I was rudely told in a nasty way that I should know that they don’t have any specials just check the app. I told her that she was being really disrespectful and how was I supposed to know that they don’t offer any deals! I’m a first time customer after all! She tried to justify her unprofessional actions by saying that they had a lot of customers calling about it and that she didn’t have an attitude with me! The audacity is most certainly unreal because I don’t have anything to do with that at all! Just have a nice attitude and be professional towards everyone! No one is asking you to work there! Horrible experience! I will never buy a pizza from Dominos in Columbus, Ms ever again! Also I don’t know the employee’s name but I had called at 2:10 pm today when this incident occurred.
