  Came here today Sunday night and the service was very bad. We were sat at a table where I’m assuming we weren’t supposed to be sat at because it took them 25 minutes to have a waitress order our drinks and she told us our table wasn’t hers but she would be helping us today. Keep in mind the restaurant was not busy so there was no excuse for taking that long to service us. She took our order and our food came to us 30 minutes later not hot, not warm… cold. Not a good experience :| There was a table near us that also didn’t seem very happy with the service

  Worst service ever. Understaffed and the food was undesirable because my family and I had to wait thirty minutes before anyone could take our order and another lengthy time of forty five minutes before we were served our food. The sad part is I haven't been there in two years because I said I wasn't going back because the service was horrible and my goodness, nothing has changed.

  We were sat in a section with three other tables, and it took quite some time of staff passing by us before finally getting a drink order taken. We tried to make it easy by putting the full order in at once because we could tell things were moving slow. A different waiter brought out our food with no utensils, so I had to ask someone walking by for some. Our drinks were never refilled. Then when it came time to check out, I asked for everything on one tab. 30 minutes went by and it never arrived. Tables around us were also looking around as only one staff member was waiting tables in the entire building. I went up to the counter to ask if I could just pay since we waited so long, and they told me they would find my waiter. 15 minutes go by and we watched staff go in and out of the patio area talking. Finally, tables all around us just started paying at the counter, so we followed suit. Overall, the dining experience was abysmal. As for the actual order, it did not match the menu description. The watermelon smash lemonade beverage boasts crushed mint, watermelon pieces, and a salt rim. I got a small glass with pink liquid and lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was similar. I already knew to expect quick simple food coming in given it is BWW, but this was just disappointing. Everything these days it too expensive to have gotten this experience.

  We always come to this location when we are visiting my wife and I, we always make sure to ask if Emma is available! She makes sure things are always set with professionalism, always upsells with high detail of product knowledge and available promotions with great suggestions to try! Atmosphere is always kept up and making sure staff are providing excellent positive energy to customers! This employee was even in the kitchen, managing and serving wow like someone finally running this place right!!! Thank you and enjoyed our visit and hope this place can continue to excel , shows it when you can keep the awesome passionate people who actually care and want to work and it shows! Thanks again Bww Columbus and please pass along to Emma as well, keep it up!! Will come again next visit

  Absolute dog trash. I’d love to say the food is good, but it’s not. I’m only complaining because I waited for 10 minutes at the front just for 4 workers to come out and nobody seat us. There was literally 4 customers in the entire place. Dog. Trash.
