    I placed a food order at 10:58 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told by the to-go attendant that my order had been placed for the next day. I explained that this was incorrect, as my confirmation clearly showed the correct date and time. I asked to speak with the manager. When the manager came out, several employees followed him and began explaining that the kitchen closes at 11 PM. I am from out of town, and Google indicates that the restaurant closes at 1 AM on Saturdays, so there was conflicting information. Despite this, the manager did not seem to know how to cancel or correct my order. The situation felt very unprofessional and poorly handled from start to finish.

    I went on a very busy Saturday, Samantha was our waitress and she was excellent! Even during a rush she was very attentive and took great care of us. Food was good.

    This location is never consistent. They close early when they want to, they are constantly understaffed, and customer experience just does not seem to matter to them. If I place a to-go order, and it is for traditional wings, they give me boneless. If I order the chicken nachos, they do not put everything in the bag. If I go to the bar, I may still experience a prolonged wait time because they are always short staffed. When I dine in, my food is cold. Additionally, I have asked to have my food reheated only to be told they'd drop it back in the grease. That is a major food-safety concern for me because if they'd take the food off of my plate after I already took a few bites, and redrop it into the same grease that they cook everyone's food, it makes me feel like they'd do it for someone else. That is definitely cross-contamination.

    I’ve generally enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings in the past, but my recent experience at the Columbus, MS location was disappointing and well below the standard I expect from the brand. I had a coupon for a free burger with a $15 order, but during one visit I wasn’t able to apply it through the app, and on a later visit I was told the location was out of burgers due to a delivery issue. Most recently, I placed an ASAP to-go order for 20 boneless wings with potato wedges. After driving 15 minutes to pick it up, I was told it would be another 10 minutes, then another 15 minutes, totaling about 40 minutes of waiting. When I finally received the order, I was informed that potato wedges were unavailable and that they had substituted cheese curds. After returning home, I discovered that the order itself was incorrect, I had been given 20 bone-in wings instead of boneless. I understand that occasional mistakes and shortages can happen, but this combination of delays, unavailable items, and an incorrect order was very frustrating. I’ve reached out to corporate to request a refund, but I hope this feedback helps the local team improve communication and order accuracy moving forward.

    Lights flickered all over the entire time. Not a single table was bussed while we were there. We had to bus our own. The host said it wasn't her job. They also wouldn't let us pay even though our waitress was nowhere to be found. They wouldn't get us our food to go while we waited. We had to take napkins from a neighbor table. Because there was one waitress for the entire building. And the rest of the crew stood around telling us it wasn't their job. And they tried adding an automatic 18% gratuity for 3 of us. Absolutely disappointing.
