- JJJJan 26, 20261.0I am beyond frustrated with the service I received. I placed an order for a cookie cake on January 22 for my son’s 17th birthday on January 24, with a scheduled pickup for Saturday at 11:15 a.m. This was a time-sensitive order for a milestone birthday. I even went out of my way to stop by the store on Friday, January 23, to confirm the order and personally show a picture of the exact design I wanted. I was assured everything was fine. When I arrived Saturday morning to pick up the cake, the store was closed with no notice, no call, and no communication whatsoever. I was left scrambling on my child’s birthday with no cake. Completely unacceptable. I did not receive the cake until Monday, two days after the birthday. To make matters worse, the cake did not match the design I submitted at all. On top of that, there was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability for the inconvenience or disappointment caused. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect for customers’ time and special occasions. Birthdays can’t be redone. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others who are considering placing an important order here

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
