  Ordered food, paid for $10 worth of sauces and a soda- they didn’t bring any of the sauces or soda and now no one’s answering… I need a refund.

  Just picked up my pizza from the Domino's Pizza drive-thru at 11p and immediately checked it before leaving, and like I suspected, the pizza was burned. I politely asked if they could remake it, but the employee told me all their pizzas are cooked on the same timer and insisted it wasn’t burned, even though it clearly was. I explained that I wasn’t satisfied, but they still refused to remake it or take it back. I ended up wasting $16 and had to go somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing customer service.

  I order two Pizza and a boneless bacon Chicken with no tomato 1 pizza was pepperoni and Italian sausage thin crust that pizza had no cheese on it and it was burnt to the crisp my kids pizza pepperoni and bacon that pizza also was well done which I did not ask for so I called to complain about my pizza she only offered to remake my chicken and my thin crust pizza not my kids pizza Haley is the manager that was on duty I have a broken leg and had to get someone to pick my pizza up for me Haley remade my pizza and I decided to get it hand tossed because I did not want her to remake it crispy again (thin crust)because it was so burnt I have ordered thin crust pizza before from dominos on several occasions and I've never had it come to me completely burnt with no cheese the common sense of everyone that works there could see that the pizza was burnt and the pepperoni was burnt but no one thought (because they don't have common sense) that they should remake a burnt pizza she remade the new pizza in crust that I really didn't want but I took it anyway then the chicken that she remade they put buffalo sauce on it and I did not request buffalo sauce and I am allergic to spicy foods so now I can't even eat the chicken that she remade then when I fussed at her for putting buffalo sauce on my chicken she told me Haley said ma'am there's no need to yell and I explained to her there is a need to yell when this is the second time that y'all have messed up my order and she offered to remake it again the lack of customer service is not there at this Domino's then she asked me if I wanted a credit I told her sure put it on a credit then she decided that she was going to be done with the conversation and tried to end the conversation when I said to her wait a minute you have to explain to me how the credit works this is the by far the worst Domino's I have ever ordered from and Haley manager said that she did everything perfectly right and it was still wrong do not order from this Domino's especially when Haley is there
