The manager Keisha answered the phone and talked to someone else for about 2 mins before she said hello to me and asked what she could do for me. When I asked her the price of what I wanted to order she started talking to someone else again and then hung up on me! I’ve never had someone been so rude at a Chick-Fil-A.

I availed myself to the drive through only to be met by a young woman who was on her cellphone and still had her night scarf on her head. She never greeted me and failed to offer salad dressing options. C'mon...do the job you're being paid to do AND embrace the culture of service.
