  Sam is my normal bartender on Tuesday’s and Thursdays. I come specifically for her, and her banter. Always a great time :)

  I hate to say that my husband and I have never had a good experience here. We’ve given it many chances (3-4), over a couple of years, always hoping that things would get better. Sadly they haven’t. Today was one of those days. We got seated quickly but everything went downhill afterwards. The waitress that originally seated us and got our drinks disappeared and never came back but was walking around the other side of the restaurant, appearing not to be doing anything but carrying an infant that was then handed over to the bartender. I honestly don’t know what was going on with that. Just an observation. Waitress after waitress walked past us numerous times, not a single one checking on us or even acknowledged us. About 20 minutes later, a completely different waitress just happened to check on us and asked if we had been waited on for food. We said no and bless her she took over taking care of us. By the time our food came out the chicken was already getting cold, the fries were cold, she had to wait to bring us our other order of fries and they were actually fresh surprisingly. Mind you, they were not busy or had a full restaurant, at all. We ate regardless and again, bless the young lady that decided to go out of her way to take care of us. Then, as we ate, another couple was seated directly behind us in another booth, and they were waited on IMMEDIATELY. And shortly after we paid their food was being brought out hot and fresh. I’m just wondering why we weren’t given the same service. And I know that there are sections in a restaurant designated to certain waiters, but still. When we saw the waitress that served the couple behind us serving tables throughout the whole restaurant, why were we ignored?? As I type this review people in another booth in the same section as us, were waited on immediately after they sat down. I hate to say this, but I feel racial diversity has a part to play in this. I wouldn’t feel that way or mention it if the same thing hadn’t happened time and time and time again. It happened today. I’m just extremely disappointed that every time we give this place a chance, we’re treated with less respect than others. And we watched as other customers were ignored as well. All of them were white. I believe this business could do very well if everyone was being treated the same. My husband even watched at least 3 parties of people walk in, wait for a very long to get seated in a barely full restaurant, and walk out. We watched another guy get seated in the bar area, never got waited on as many waitresses walked by him and he eventually left. Another couple at a table next to him about did the same. The man eventually got the attention of a waitress that had passed them numerous times just to be waited on. What’s the problem here??? BWW is my husband’s favorite restaurant but he has officially sworn off the one in Columbus because it is that terrible. There might as well not even be one here.

  Staff brought my chicken, i asked if it was the right seasoning the guy said “I don’t know I’m not a waiter” and dropped it in front of me. I stated that I didn’t get my fries and he just looked at me and walked away. Asked my waitress for my fries and she then said “they are cooking them” I waited almost 15 minutes for the rest of my order. They do not take empty dishes from your table either. A few months ago I got cold French fries as well, and it wasn’t even busy. This place needs better management, my experience every time is NOT GOOD!
