I've been patient with the Wendy's in Columbia, but tonight's the last straw. Every time I go to Wendy's around 10pm to 10:30pm, my food is always cold. It's consistently cold and never fresh. The GM needs to reevaluate their employees and get rid of the ones who don't care about their job. Now I see why Wendy's in Columbia has a 3.7.

Very rude at drive thru window, basically threw our bag of food at us, . Would suggest giving some common courtesy and kindness lessons, the evening shift seems pissy.
