If y'all don't know they have these ai systems that take ur order in the drive through and I don't like ordering on those. So I asked to speak to a worker. And the worker acted like she would rather be anywhere else and was interrupting me. Then I got to the window and I tried to pay with a $100 bill. She said "I can't take that. Ur order was only $20. I don't have enough change for all that." And so I have to dig through my purse and get my card and she then drops it only. And I had to get out of the car and get it off the ground. And she proceeded to say, "u didn't have to get out" after nicely telling her I did have to she had the audacity to say, "I guess since I'm younger I could have just reached it" and she said it in a rude in sassy way. If u want to be talked to insanely rudely, then I recommend this Taco Bell specifically.

- SLsusan liretteSep 4, 20251.0Poor service I told manager the drink was out she Saud she would get it but instead walked outside and sat in her car the whole time I was there dining in when I asked a diff employee he said there was no more in the back so I paid 5 bucks to get a sit of water and no drink. Not to mention when we walked in the door first words they say is they have no beef. There's goes 90%of their menu. Truly pathetic.
