Was in here several weeks ago, and it seemed there was something like an ownership or management change because of the staff being on top of things, someone actually attending to the front counter, and guests being acknowledged when they came in or approached the counter to order, with a smile I might add. It was a really nice change and would have been great if it lasted. Alas, it did not. Back to the same old poor service.
