I found a foreign object food label inside my sandwich — it looked like part of a packaging label that clearly should not have been there. This is a serious food safety issue and raises major concerns about cleanliness and quality control. I’ve reported the issue to McDonald’s and plan to report it to the local health department as well. I hope this is thoroughly investigated and corrective action is taken to prevent it from happening again. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable from such a well-known brand. UPDATE: The reply that they’re leaving is automated. You can file a complaint and no one reaches out to follow up. Franchise not only nasty but also unprofessional
