- LKLamar KeysJul 25, 20231.0On July 20, 2023 I received service at this restaurant. However, I was denied access to use their restroom. I have a medical condition which, demands that I use restroom very frequently I was told no and that they didn't have a key to open the door which, I thought was untrue becaues how they able to releave themselves. I wanted to use their facility to wash my hands because I did plan to eat my sandwich at the restaurant and use the restroom for personal reasons, I was told that the restroom was off limits to customers and when I explained that I had a medical condition and that I was traveling a great distance when I left their restaurant, they still denied me access and suggested that I should the restroom nextdoor at AutoZone. I felt that this behavior was very unprofessional. I would like retain legal presentation of this issue but not sure if this is the right move or not so, if anyone has any suggestions am open for this as discussion.
