It’s surprising that such a nice, newly built McDonald’s delivers such a poor overall experience. From the moment you enter, there is no clear structure or direction for customers. The self-service kiosk appears to be confusing, and employees were unable to assist or explain how it works.
Customer service was lacking across the board. The cashier seemed untrained, the employee bagging orders ignored customers entirely, and the manager appeared to be doing the work herself rather than directing and training her team.
The food quality was just as disappointing. The chicken nuggets were cold, the fries were soggy, and the drink tasted like orange-flavored seltzer water. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not worth the money.

The place itself is great the food, play area is great but my last visit wasn't pleasant at all, i and my other car occupant were basically called liars, we placed an order via drive thru, we got to the first window to pay moved forward and we got a small bag, we checked the bag and the other items were missing so we told them they couldn't find it in the computer,we told them what was ordered and how much we paid and the young cashier started saying she didn't take our order, she never talked to us the manager was there at that time, but to get to the point, the cashier said we know we didn't order that and they still forgot the apple pie for my other car occupant I went in and she started talking loud and bold like she wanted to fight about food that we actually paid for and the manager on duty or assistant manager couldn't seem to handle her, so another worker i believe was the manager on duty asked me what was missing and kindly went and bagged it for me,and I haven't been back. Some of these young people, children that's supposed to lead the world after us, will kill the world because they don't listen or want you to tell and teach them nothing, you can't be in customer service and don't know how to service customers that's paying your bills.
