  This was the worst order we've ever gotten from McDonalds! My husband ordered two fish sandwiches for lunch today and it was fried so hard, you couldn't chew it! You know food is costly now and it's sickening every time you give McDonald's another chance and its worse than the last order! We've decided we're done, no more money wasted there. It's ridiculous!

  The floors are greasy, the staff isn’t very polite, and there’s always something either unavailable or broken. On this visit, I couldn’t use the mobile app to pay, and when I asked, they said it was their internet. Since it wasn’t working, they couldn’t honor mobile payment or even override it. At that point, I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere—again.

  Placed online order for curbside pickup. No Coke Zero, no toys in either happy meal((was not told), order had been sitting on counter and staff lied saying order was just put together but it had been sitting thee the whole time I was in the store (after waiting 20 minutes out side for the food order). They do not care about the customer. Front order staff did not tell me what was missing. I looked to make sure it was all there. It is a crap shoot on if you get what you ordered or not. I call corporate about these mistakes and they are constantly making them. Apparently corporate doesn’t care, the owner doesn’t care, and I know the staff do not care. We work hard for our money and should get what we pay for and a whole lot better service. Thanks for messing the family outing up today!

  Everytime ive went its a 15 to 20 minute wait cause the staff be talking and playing. Worste mcdonald's ever.
