  I walked in with my grandson we stood at the counter waiting to order for 15 min. There were several workers who refused to take our order. They looked at us and wouldn't take our order. Every employee asked to take front order refused. We left came down to McDonald's and as ordering the lady behind us at Wendy's was also ordering because you refused to take her order. All black employees customers were white and Asian. Yall need to do better and replace every employee and manager working there at 4pm on March 16th. This should be totally unacceptable behavior you are doing a disservice to the young people by not holding them accountable for their actions at work. I am a manager for a restaurant and that would behavior would never be tolerated!

  Came thru to get a frosty and a cup of ice, paid for it, and sat at the window for 5 minutes with my ice and frosty sitting on the counter for 5 minutes, while all the workers sat in the lobby on their phones and Lollygagging……… trash, and that’s why yall need to screen yall applications before hiring these kids that don’t care. Yall suck!!
