  To be in the southern, Carthage is not a hospitable place. This is my second attempt at this location and I don’t even know why I have them a chance. I eat subway multiple times per week due to my busy work schedule. This place has horrible everything. Horrible staff. Horrible customer service. Horrible aura. I went to the establishment to get a subway sandwich for an elderly family member standing in a nearby hospital facility. First off, my the sandwich was made incorrectly. the sandwich artist wanted to put all the vegetables, protein, and cheese on the sandwich and then toast it. Never before have I ever been to a Subway where the vegetable are also toasted. If you eat subway or you know anything about vegetables, you know that will make them soggy. Additionally, I asked for a side cup of honey mustard, and the SUPERVISOR on duty refused. I’ll be so happy when I return to my home state to get proper service from this franchise.

  This place has horrible service. I was charged excessively twice and I guess it’s my fault for giving them another chance. They refused to give me a refund and used the excuse that the sub of the day was different today but when I asked her for the sub of the day and told her cold cut she didn’t advise me on the change only after she refused to give me a refund even though I showed her the price was completely different in the app. The food seems to be fresh but their service and the atmosphere in the store seems too be the worse I’ve encountered from any subway I’ve been in the state of Mississippi. I hope they acquire new management or something because the only person reasonable is a lady and Arab guy who is barely there but the Arab lady and the Arab that wears glasses are rude and unbearable.

  Got there at 7:40pm ish around that time anyway and they supposed to close at 10pm yet I see the employee tell me no that they are closed 2 hours before they closed. Now I understand it’s a Sunday and no customers, but if that was me in there my manager would say I have to stay till 10 and if there was a customer at the door at 9:59pm then I would be served this is not that and it’s stupid.

  Awful quality and got wrong orders. Skimpy portions. Idk how they could get it so wrong. I will not return.
