  The app glitched and change the place of order from Brookhaven to this store and I called and called to cancel the order but no one would answer. Not in our 20$ for an online order that was placed at a property over an hour away from me and when I tried to click the cancel button it glitched out and took me back to the home screen of the app. I reported the order. Got no response.

  The food tasted like it should and was made how I asked but upon entering the store, the employee was sitting on his phone at one of the dining tables, talking to his friends on his phone, and didnt say a word to me. I put in my order at the kiosk and when my food was ready, he simply placed it at the counter and walked back into the kitchen, again without saying a word. Terrible customer service.

  The the food has been good every time but zero customer service and the wait time is brutal in the drive through every time, no matter what time you come through and even if you're the 1st person in line.
