    This Sonic is excellent during lunch. The staff is fast, friendly, and consistent. My only issue is with the stall screens. Several of them appear poorly calibrated or have faulty sensors. At times they will accept a card but then fail to complete the transaction because the screen stops responding. There are other ways to pay, so payment itself is not the problem. The real issue is tipping. When a screen malfunctions, there is no way to leave a tip on a card. That directly affects the employees, not the customer. This should be addressed either by keeping the screens functional or by allowing alternative payment methods to include a card tip option. As it stands, the system unintentionally limits the staff’s ability to receive tips they have earned.
