  I order a frozen drink they had no straws in the store so I ask the girl behind the counter she said there was no straws in the whole store just pitiful

  I order a Nacho Bel Grande, the order was how I like it. But, I only asked to add more cheese because it was in Skippy spots and wasn't spreaded over the taco. I was refuse to add more cheese and was asked to pay more for cheese. So, I let my order went back. Whoever the guys was, don't have proper customer service skills because if the customer is paying you are supposed to satisfy the customer.

  I just came through the drive-thru and placed an order for 12 tacos supreme. Half hard no tomatoes/half soft just meat and cheese. I understand that you all were out of lettuce, cool. I spent 28.40 just to have my order wrong. I double checked with the young lady at the window. Instead of her making sure my order was correct, she cuts me off, took my money and closed the window while I was still talking. That was rude as hell!! I get home and my order was incorrect. It's rare that I eat Taco Bell. I will not return. 😡😡😠😠

  It never fails, they get my order wrong!!! If im paying 15$ for 2 Tacos yall better get it right. Next time it happens im throwing my food all over yall parking lot. If your to lazy to get the order right, then you'll be cleaning your parking lot!!!!!
