I even saw one of the cashiers waited on this elderly couple at their table taking their order from his phone or from something he was very very patient with them.

He returned the food and it was the manager whom admitted that he was the one who prepared it and gave him a refund. Although we do not believe it was intentional, we feel like all staff who prepares food, should wear hair nets and proper PPE for the safety and cleanliness of the food and the facility. It would definitely prevent the possibility of something disgusting like this from happening again. We encourage you to incorporate this in your company's policy within all of your restaurants to guarantee customer satisfaction. Thank you!

I want to give credit to one of the salad workers — he was incredibly kind, respectful, and helped me with no hesitation. For someone so young, he showed great professionalism and made my visit even better. The salad was delicious, and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming.
