- SNShani Nichols-BatesFeb 16, 20261.0So my 18 y/o daughter and her friend were sitting outside on the bench at Baskin & Robbin's in Byram after finishing their icecream. My daughter calls me and tells me that there is "a woman in a blue hoodie" who kept staring at them, and then approached them and told them that, despite patronizing the business, they "had to leave and could not sit there." I immediately call and discover that the female in question was the owner, "Ms. Jessie"... upon speaking with "Ms. Jessie", she proceeds to attempt to escape accountability saying that she didn't know what I was talking about. When I didn't let up she then tells me that she told my daughter and her friend to leave because "people have tried to rob her and steal cars..." 😳 So she basically profiled my daughter and her friend and deemed them "suspicious" (my daughter had a wristlet wallet and her friend only had car keys); why would you automatically assume they were casing the place to commit a crime? I let her know that I would share this experience publicly; the gall and audacity of some people are at an all time high. I guess melanin automatically makes you a suspect, smh.

- LPLaLa POct 11, 20252.0I ordered using Uber Eats. I ordered 2 sundaes and one brownie sundae They had none of the flavor of ice cream I wanted except for 2 of the scoops. I had to quickly choose a flavor and then they got that wrong. Those was put in the freezer for later so we didn't know. I ate the brownie sundae. It was done correctly but I had to go searching for the brownie. It was a little sliver of a piece. You would think you pay almost $10 for it. You would get a normal size brownie in your sundae. I haven't had Baskin Robbin in years because I ventured somewhere else for an ice cream treat. Now I see probably why I did. I'm on a health kick. So this was suppose to be a treat for myself. I wasted my cheat day on this.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
