  Great pizza, great service, outstanding customer service! The store manager, Mrs. Rachel, took my order and delivered it herself. She is very professional, very courteous and sweet, and has amazing attention to detail. We love this Dominos, and will continue to be happy customers! Thank you, Mrs. Rachel! God bless you!   I ordered 2 marinara and 2 icing cups ($4 worth) to go with my order. When picking up, my son was told they were in the box. We live 15 minutes from the store. When he got home with our ($50) order, the 4 dipping cups were missing. When I called the store I was told I could DRIVE BACK to get what I had already paid for and was told were in the boxes, but was otherwise offered no assistance or refund. The incompetence of their staff and the lack of concern for customer service and satisfaction is mind boggling. This is the last time we will spend our money there.

  I truly enjoyed my dinner tonight from Domino’s, the other locations usually mess up my pizza and my order, I now know I van trust Domino’s of Byhalia, so thank you. My pizza was absolutely delicious and my delivery driver, Jimmie, was absolutely polite and so kind. I truly appreciate having someone as kind as him. Nowadays, it’s very hard to get good food and a polite person delivering it to you so thank you

  How do I even start....I am domestic violence survivor...and was on the road to another city. I was with a driver who was not safe either...I was terrified , and had traveled so far for so long to get to my safe place. I walked in asked for the manager , this young man named I believe Colt...went to get him and it was taking a second because they were busy, the young man asked me ..is there anything I can help you with, I almost didn't say anything because he was so young...I told him what the situation was and that my new ride would arriving soon ,but I wasn't comfortable with this guy...he said...are you scared and I said yes...he went and got the manager who immediately came over...after explaining to the manager,he even asked me if I needed him to go outside with me to tell him my journey with him would end here ..I have been through many places and the courage and bravery they showed for me was incredible...the man did leave peacefully,and I was allowed to stay safe in there while my new ride came. They fed me and had no idea ,I hadn't eaten in days! I can never speak enough about the kindness I was showed by all of your staff...I watched such a great group of people work together while I sat there... admiring them.. especially Colt and the manager...to that young man's parents...you have done an amazing job...to the manager...thank you from the bottom of my heart..as I write this I am safe and about to sleep for maybe the first time in over a week. I hope and pray you acknowledge what they did for me ..and that they have the most amazing lives moving forward. Thank you!

  Took 35 min to get here 16 min away. Then I open it and I swear a piece is gone opened just like this lol what is this world coming to. Don’t order from here.
