  We always order delivery so I can't speak to the atmosphere. It seems like the food quality has gone way downhill. I hope this isn't reflected in Pizza Huts other locations. Also, we ordered the other night and never got our pizza despite the operator telling my wife twice that it was "on the way" when we kept calling and checking on the order. We had to get our money back the next day.

  If I could give this place 0 stars on service I would. At night at around 6pm I sit in the drive through for no less then 30 minutes with the line not even moving. And then I get to window and the lady working the window is super rude! The food at the place is great, the people working there should be fired!

  Awful customer service. Delivery is 30 minutes late and the lady on the phone told me it only showed delivered to keep up with their times. Horrible customer experience. I told her thank you at the end of the conversation and she just hung the phone up without a reply. Buy frozen pizza. This team here sucks.

  1 week ago I had a not so great experience at first due to miscommunication with my online order but the manager reached out very quickly and was very responsive and nice. The new manager will definitely make this location much more desirable. Thankyou.
