    Bit into my burrito and there was a hard part I couldn't chew, turned out to be finger nail!! This place was so much better years ago but now workers just lazy, nasty etc. Not eating here anymore.

    If you can go to another Taco Bell do it. This one is horrible. Slow and will not get your order right. Sat in drive thru for 40 min and still didn’t get full order first time

    I ordered mobile for in store pick up. It's 1122a. The front door is locked. I can't cancel my order. I can see 6 cars ahead of me now in the drive through line. If the doors are going to be locked, don't offer walk in pick up. I opted for walk in to avoid having to drive through. If I can't get what I ordered (service, not product), give me a chance to cancel my order. If it's a staffing problem, don't allow mobile ordering.

    Decided to go inside to place a a to go order because of the amount of cars in the drive thru, a customer ordered $189 of food at the drive thru and would not pull up so other drive thru customers with smaller orders could go home with their food. Anyway, I had ever been inside to place an order, they have the self order touch screens and I could not for the life of me find the items that I wanted to order. A nice employee came out of the kitchen and showed me how to find the items when she noticed that I had been trying for a while. I really appreciated her help a lot because I was getting ready to give up and leave to go somewhere else.
