  Ordered on the app. Food was out in less than 5 minutes. Everything was cold and crammed in the bag. Ordered the frito chili cheese wrap with jalapeños. Recieved a cold wrap full of onions. Cold burger, cold cheddar peppers, cold mozzarella sticks, cold fries. The slushes as expected were cold. But no flavor. This is the third time in about 5 months that we have had Sonic and each time it has been this way. Kids need a good manager to manage them. People only get away with what is allowed. BOTH Sonic's in Pearl always provide great service and food. I stay in Brandon and always want to support Brandon. Now when we get a late night crunchy craving I am ok with driving a couple extra miles to get hot food and good service. $35 plus tip to get less than mediocre cold food is terrible. Whomever is in charge needs to figure out the p.m. crew situation.

  I ordered 2 large mozzarella sticks and an order of French toast sticks with 2 syrup. I was charged for both syrups and told the toast doesn't come with any sauce. If I wanted syrup I had to pay for both. I've never heard of this! Only at this Sonic!!

  Those tea containers need cleaned every day tea is OK 1 day out of 7 then tastes disgusting . I'm in here every day for unsweetened tea . Fix this or it will be reported to corporate

  Never gets order right, always something. This store has no real people who know how to run a business. Never again will I eat there.

  Poor service. Wrong order given. Took forever for them to come out to correctly give me the right order. Was one young guy that was nice about it but the rest did not care. Just avoid this Sonic. Back in the say they were good but not now.
