  I wanted to get food So I pull up to the drive-through My five month old baby Was being fussy so after the guy asked me what I wanted I said wait a minute It was fine Then I began my order with a large Baja blast The guy who responded was an entirely different worker He had a ridiculous attitude problem He wouldn’t let me finish my order he talked to me like a thug I repeatedly said I’m not done with my order. He tried to cut me off and make me only get the Baja blast after I constantly said I’m just trying to get food man I know he could hear me because he kept repeating back to me so Baja blast With a sarcastic attitude, He then told me to pull around After I’ve said that I’m not done He yelled at me and said “Pull around it’s not that hard, bruh It’s that or I’m calling the police one of the two” So I pulled around And the nighttime manager defended this nut job Claiming all he heard was a Baja blast. Whoever makes the hiring and firing decisions needs to really focus on that Night Shift, the night time manager is usually cool But tonight he defended A guy that had me so mad I almost wanted to fight him, Highly disrespectful, Extremely arrogant, Extremely rude, 100% the worst I’ve ever been treated at any facility in my life. Which include inmates at a jail when I was a dispatcher. Taco Bell Of Booneville Maybe not hire every barely legal kid that has an attitude problem and doesn’t know how to speak to humans. Or if you do, hire them Put them on the fryer Not the window. I will be figuring out who makes decisions and reporting to them directly. If you wanted to be treated with common human decency don’t go here. Ever.

  Repeatedly asked them not to call me "Sir" every single time I go and they don't listen. The app doesn't work properly and shows they are out of stock of certain things even when they aren't. They intentionally put as little ingredients as they can get away with and make you wait for 10+ minutes for them to fix it when you bring it up. I would recommend the one on South Gloster in Tupelo if applicable.

  absolutely terrible got my order wrong twice and we got sweet tea and it looked like chocolate milk absolutely terrible won’t be back

  They need to have weekly personality and drug testing for these “employees”. Sodas tasted like straight carbonated water so they had us pull to the side. This kid that walked, talked and looked like he was high brought the new sodas out and completely forgot the food. When I asked, he said “Uhhhhhh, what food?” They had people stacked up on the side and in the drive thru in a little town like Booneville
