  My dad went there to get his sandwich he ordered and his barely have meat and when he was getting a straw they employees made him uncomfortable gave him a look like they're going to go broke over a straw and when he wanted to get buy 1 get 1 for a dollar he was told he is limited on what he gets on his sandwich which the brochure or anywhere do not say anything remotely like that... when he goes to try to call the store to make a complaint they made there fone where u can't call them unless there is a crime been committed. And also I talk to other people theres been similar complaints tbh with these many complaints the store needs to go ahead and shut down

  Staff was argumentative instead of helpful, when they clearly got the sandwiches mixed up and wrong ingredients on wrong bread and when i offered to read the order back and tell them the ingredients were wrong the girl argued with me that she made them right. When asking for a manager, she told me there wasnt one there and wouldnt let me speak to the "acting manager" instead was just telling me what he was saying. Then i asked for a number to corporate and was told they didnt know it. When asked when the manager was going to be in again, i was told "I dont know sometime tomorrow" Lose the attitude, make a better effort to resolve issues and take responsibility. Worked with the public all my life. If you can't do these things? get a new job.

  Ordered a salad from the app and requested it be chopped amd have my dressing on the side. Neither was done. My other experiences have been good but I would suggest ordering your sales in person if you would like it made the way you want.
