  It's fallen over the past 10 years. Customer service is none existent now. You can definitely tell management had changed and that they don't care as much. Burgers are pretty good. Fries well they already know... no ketchup in the lobby, no napkins, ect. Drink machine needs to be cleaned more often. Wendy's use to be nicer than all the other fast food restaurants in Booneville Mississippi but it's not anymore unfortunately. It wouldn't take much to turn it around. If someone cared...

  Mrs.Patisha is very disrespectful and treats her workers like crap if your kids work here keep an eye on them

  They pulled me up and there wasn't nobody else even there ....the girl in the drive thru acted like she hated her job...

  I visited this location on Monday and that visit has resulted in 48 hours of Nausea, Diarrhea, and Fever . When my order was taken thru drive I was greeted by and employee who’s focus was not the customer. When I got back to work I opened my #8 Homestyle Asiago Chicken Sandwich. Only to discover it was a Double Hamburger..I went back to the location and the Manager apologized and made the food over . When I got back to work I opened the Sandwich I took 3 bites and my homestyle chicken patty was old I lost my appetite and haven’t ate since..There is a small circle on Wendy’s chicken products it’s called the “Inspection Legend” and reads as followed Passed and Inspected by USDA . I spend 8 hours and more protecting the public from the adulteration of product as the 1st Defense in food safety and one company I inspect happens to be Wendy’s ! Good Job Wendy’s for serving a public health inspector a piece of chicken that became injurious to my health . I will definitely think twice about conducting my business here !
