Drive thru gets most attention. You will wait a good amount of time unless using the kiosk to order.
McDonald's could use more human help for inside serving.

Drive thru / curb side service is horrible . If you don’t catch the mistake before you get all the way home - you have to drive all the way back to town because they WILL NOT answer the phone ! And when you drive back , and tell them they forgot half of your order - there is no apology or anything offers for your inconvenience! I had worked all night and stopped on the way home - after getting home I realized half my order was NOT there . I tried calling 5 times - no answer. So I had to drive an extra twenty miles round trip to get my food and the tall , lady manager didn’t even offer an excuse much less an apology , much less a free drink or anything for me having to drive back to town
