  Sandra was very lovely person to talk to only talking positively to customers than out of the ducking blue a manager starts yelling and does not use deescalation tactics let's give it up to Mrs Sandra I would honestly make Positive to custumers Sandra the store manager and the store manager on monday the 23 you can demote her to shift lead under Sandra. It was hard to watch an employee want to help a customer and only get yelled at by management. See to it that mrs Sandra gets anymore trouble from that woman who was very mean and horrible. Lets go Sandra keep on working on.

  The manager with glasses seems really rude to the little lady working the register. The lady at the register seems so nice and she was so polite and sweet.

  I ordered the "New" chicken tenders because they looked great on the photo. When I got them home and opened them I was very disappointed . They looked nothing like the photo on their screen. The breading taste horrible and the chicken almost looked fake . They were not good at all

  Went thru the drive thru Michelle had taken my order and was cussing over the mic and was over all just being disrespectful. She refused to repeat my order back to me even though I could tell it was messed up from the total and when she eventually did repeat it back to me and fixed it she kept acting as if I had ordered the entire menu
