  Probably my second worst Taco Bell experience ever. Beware, once you're in the drive-thru, you CAN'T get out. AFTER we were stuck in line for 20 min they informed us NO BEEF! What?! Well, we're committed so order all chicken tacos. 20 more minutes and we finally got our food (drinks were wrong btw). Food was incredibly fresh and pretty good for Taco Bell, and the only reason they got over 1 star. Hope to be able to avoid this location in the future. If you've read this far, here's my worst TB experience: pulled up to a location in my hometown for a late night 4th meal (remember that ad campaign?). Guy on the speaker says, "Sorry, we're not serving food right now." After processing this for a few seconds, we just slowly pull around and out and ride home in perplexed silence.

  Love my cheap, greasy Taco Bell, but this location needs some serious help. I’ve never gotten out of the drive thru line in less than 15 minutes. They always have a line but never enough workers or enough product. If they don’t take 20 minutes to make it, it’s because they don’t have it/ are out of it. Genuinely… a district/ regional manager needs to come and turn things around here because it is always awful.
