  I waited in long for 20 minutes and when I get to the window the man asked what I ordered so I tell him what I ordered and I still got the wrong order ..

  After spending the day in the sun with the kids, we swung by here to get some food. We paid almost 30 dollars for food that was so cold it was hard and dry. We got the drinks rather quickly, but we sat at the window long enough for me to think food was coming up fresh, only to find once we were home and settled in that the food was inedible. I would not recommend going here at 5 in the evening unless you like paying for trash that has been sitting out but is still served because they are more concerned with food cost than customer satisfaction. 0/10 don't recommend getting unless you go inside and ask for everything fresh and can watch to make sure it is all fresh and not old food warmed up.

  The employee messed both my orders up and caught a attitude. Pay attention to detail. Not once,but twice my order was incorrect. Em disappointed with the Sonic on pass road. Bye forever.

  they need better attitudes up there!! everytime i go to this specific sonic they have a rude attitude!! even when i try to change the tone in the conversations i have with these people, they act like they have better things to do other than being at work doing a job that THEY chose to do!! overall it's just not a good or safe feeling environment. please do better guys, i really love sonic and would love to keep coming!
